CANCELLATION, NON ARRIVAL or PARTIAL FULFILMENT POLICY
Once we have confirmed availability, and charged to your credit card to secure your room(s) if you cancel at this point, handling charge will be applied, and the refund policy are as follows:

- If we receive cancellation in writing by email more than 30 working days before arrival, the refund is 50%.

- In the event of cancellation is less than 30 working days, or NON-ARRIVAL case, there will be no refund.

Once bookings have been paid for and confirmed with the hotel, in the event of early checkout (leaving the hotel earlier for a shorter period than booked, or partial fulfilment) refunds are also not permitted.
